Library Card Application

In celebration of National Library Card Signup Month, September 2008, you can now register for a library card through our website.

To apply:

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You must be able to provide a driver's license or state issued photo ID at first check out.
• You must live in a free library service area of Moline (if you are not sure if you live in a free service area of Moilne, click here for more info).
• You must not already have a valid Moline Public Library card. Replacement cards can be obtained, in person, at the circulation desk at a cost of $3.

After submitting your application, your libray card will be mailed to you in approximately one week. Once you receive your card, a valid driver's license or state issued ID displaying your current address must be shown at the circulation desk in the Library to activate the card.
