If not a resident of Moline, you may still obtain a free library card by visiting the nearest public library that serves your city.

If your mail addess is Moline, but your home residence falls in an unincorporated area (county property), you may obtain a non-resident Moline Public Library card at at cost of $145 per year. Non-resident cards may be applied for, in person, at the circulation desk of the Library. The annual $145 non-resident fee may be paid in installments.
